Troubleshooting


Why isn't the app loading or syncing?

Try the following:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force-quit and reopen the app
  3. Restart your device

If issues persist, contact support here. Or file a bug report.


Why am I not receiving notifications?

Ensure:

  • Notifications are enabled in the app
    • Navigate to Setting in the desktop app (not currently available on mobile)
    • Under Settings select Notifications
      • Check to see that you have toggled 'on' for any notifications you with to receive
      • If you've opted to receive a daily schedule, make sure you enter the time of day you would like to receive your schedule
      • Finally don't forget to SAVE your changes before navigating back to chat.
  • Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings

Why has Espa not replied to a task I gave them?

Try the following:

  1. Ask Espa for an ETA on the deliverable you've requested.
  2. Ask Espa to clarify what its working on for the deliverable in question and about how long it may take to complete.
  3. If the info is time sensitive, try asking Espa to give you the information it has collected so far right now.
