Troubleshooting
Why isn't the app loading or syncing?
Try the following:
- Check your internet connection
- Force-quit and reopen the app
- Restart your device
If issues persist, contact support here. Or file a bug report.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Ensure:
- Notifications are enabled in the app
- Navigate to Setting in the desktop app (not currently available on mobile)
- Under Settings select Notifications
- Check to see that you have toggled 'on' for any notifications you with to receive
- If you've opted to receive a daily schedule, make sure you enter the time of day you would like to receive your schedule
- Finally don't forget to SAVE your changes before navigating back to chat.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings
Why has Espa not replied to a task I gave them?
Try the following:
- Ask Espa for an ETA on the deliverable you've requested.
- Ask Espa to clarify what its working on for the deliverable in question and about how long it may take to complete.
- If the info is time sensitive, try asking Espa to give you the information it has collected so far right now.
