Deleting your account

How do I delete my account?

You can cancel your plan at any time from Settings > Advanced.

To cancel:

1. Open the app
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Advanced
4. Choose Delete Account
5. Follow the prompts to confirm

After you delete your account, your plan is immediately terminated and your memories and user data is permanently deleted. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

If you do not see the cancel option or need help with your subscription, contact support at help@espa.ai.

And no hard feelings! You can reopen an Espa account anytime.
