Settings
The Settings page is where you manage your account details, billing, integrations, notifications, and advanced controls.
You can access Settings, navigate to the lower-left corner of the Espa desktop app or select Settings on your home screen.
Account
Under Account, you can update the personal details Espa uses to better understand you and communicate with you.
You can edit:
- preferred name
- title or role
- email address
- time zone
- primary language
- phone number
- preferred contact method—this helps personalize how Espa reaches out to you.
You can also manage your connected accounts here, including adding or removing accounts up to the limit allowed by your plan.
Billing
In Billing, you can view your current plan and account status.
You can also:
- review available plan options
- upgrade your plan
- downgrade your plan
- check your billing or subscription status
Integrations
In Integrations, you can view available integrations and connect supported apps to your account.
Select Connect to the right of current integration to add the apps you use with Espa.
This page also includes integrations that are coming soon or currently in progress, since new integrations are added all the time.
Notifications
In Notifications, you can control whether Espa sends you alerts and follow-ups.
Use Enable Notifications to globally turn notifications on or off for your account.
Once enabled you can individually manage inbox-related notification types, including Needs Reply and Needs Action.
Needs reply notifications let you know when an email draft needs your input before it can be completed. This usually means Espa has reached a decision point and needs direction from you.
Needs action notifications let you know when an email requires real-world work before a draft can be finalized or sent.
Examples include:
- adding an attachment
- reviewing a document
- confirming missing information
Advanced
The Advanced page includes additional account controls, including the Danger Zone for deleting your account
To permanently delete your account, go to Advanced > Danger Zone > Delete Account.
Only delete your account if you are sure you want to remove it and its associated information.
Debug mode
You can also see whether Debug Mode is enabled.
Debug Mode temporarily logs Espa’s actions so our support team can troubleshoot issues. It does not log your personal data. These logs are automatically cleared after 72 hours.
